Poor Customer service - Term 3 celebratory dinner ruined

Hi

Celebratory supper ruined. On Saturday 26 Sep 2026. I took my Family for dinner at Spur Golden falls in Colombine, celebrating my Daughter term 3 results.

Our table was table *** ,the guy who was supposed to be our waiter has advised that his shift is over however a substitute waiter will be assigned to us

And for sure a waiter came to our table no Greeting and intro(waitress Mamane). I kept quiet.

She then came with the special for kids which was Burger Chips Drink and ice cream

I then asked for the bill cause I saw with other table she introduces herself and greet them. After paying she didn't even notice that my kids were not served the ice cream.
