Customer Health Risk Alert – Spur

We would like to raise awareness regarding a concerning experience at Spur, Gold Reef City.

On 13 February 2026, one of our executives visited Spur for a company outing. She ate only a small portion of her meal but later became very ill, experiencing severe stomach cramps and persistent vomiting that required medical attention the following day.

While we cannot conclusively link her illness to the restaurant, this situation highlights the importance of maintaining strict health and safety standards in all dining services to protect customers’ wellbeing.
