Bad service and no urgency shown

Bad service and no urgency shown Golden Eye Security Company is not taking us seriously. They connected our WiFi to the security cameras, and since then our WiFi has not been working. It has now been two weeks without WiFi, and the cameras are also not working. Despite reporting this, there has been no resolution or urgency shown. Very disappointing service. Account number: MAR014
