AVOID AVOID AVOID
Denver requested we assist to his truck leaking oil on a Sunday. We informed him yo expect us between 09h300 and 10h00. However, a breakdown came up with a truck literally blocking an intersection, so we needed to assist there first. Due to his truck standing for the day, we assumed that would not be a problem. However, upon informing him, he proceeded to say "go *** your mother" and "u fkn useless cnt" Needless to say, after over a decade of experience in the industry, we have NEVER experienced such disrespect. We wish you only what you do onto others. Good luck.

09 Oct 2023, 09:48Good day all please be aware of this company do not trust them to attend to your equipment, their company name is called bkv transport solutions, they are based in Capetown these guys are hill Billy's sounds like they are as high as a kite when you speak to them on the phone,the guys name is Brandon and possibly his girlfriend Kathleen who later got involved in our conflict with brandon,long story short our vehicle had a breakdown towards the afternoon we contacted this company to assist us they advised they where going to go out which they failed to do so, we then made contact towards the afternoon with Brandon asking them what was going on, they then advised they will go to the vehicle at 9am to 10 am the next day and they never arrived never answered the calls! Eventually we get hold of them around 12am and the guy Brandon tells us that his on another breakdown and doesn't know what time he will come to the vehicle could possibly be the next day again...
If you are a customer or a transporter put yourself in our position and ask yourself will it be exceptable for someone to treat you with such unprofessionalism knowing that you are stuck on the side of the road waiting for them to arrive giving your client feedback to say the mechanics are on route truck will be sorted shortly only to inform your client that the truck now must be towed off the road because the mechanic never arrived.
Beware of such *********, their intentions are not to help you but Try to cripple a companies reputation as well as your business practices, don't settle for the rest work with the best we strive to excellence because we are the best Golden Dragon express! Trust me when we say we don't truck around :-)

You contacted us on Saturday afternoon. We advised we were busy and can assist Sunday. Denver advised that was no problem as the truck is STANDING..... we reached out to Denver on Sunday to confirm 09h30/10h00. Unfortunately, a breakdown occurred where the truck could not just stand for the day. We advised Denver at 10h15 and let him know he is our next stop. He then responded in the above way and we informed him that we do not provide services to such customers....
Please also advise on the ****? As we had not asked or charged you for even a DEPOSIT to come out as a new customer?
Golden Dragon, surely you can see that your response was completely out of line and unnecessary, considering your truck was standing and we were still going to be there in the morning, and again, did not charge a thing... I was hoping Darian Chetty, the owner, would respond in a better manner than Denver. However, it appears that everyone in the company finds it okay to speak to people in that way. We wish you nothing but what you do onto others. Have a good day.
