Disrespectful receptionist

Worse reception ever. Dr SI Dhooma at Pinetown Rank dentist. I arrived at the place at 12.37pm and was advised by the Muslim man reception that the Dr is out and was not sure what time he will be coming back. He told me it will be some time after 2pm. So I asked him to check on the system if they will be able to assist me today as I was sent back previously due to not being able to get authorisation from my medical aid. He simply told me he's on his lunch break and that his not working until his lunch break is finished. I was really shocked. So I asked him to take 2 minutes of his break and confirm if my cleaning treatment will be covered. His response was" so you asking me to stop my lunch and check for you, I don't know which authorisation takes 2 minutes" out of shock I bluntly told him his service is very pathetic and how can he not take time just to make a phone call at least then I can wait for the Dr knowing that my cleaning will be covered. He said "fine, let me make the 2 minutes call". I am so disgusted with the way he treats the customers. After the call he told me it's been authorised. The doctor arrived after 2.30pm which was not much of a problem for me besides being annoyed by that receptionist man.
