Foreing Object ( Golden Crust Bread)

I bought a loaf of Golden Crust bread, halfway through the bread i saw a blue thread through the slices. I contacted them Immediately. It was then said that it could be the thread of the bag of flour. I asked if the are Food Safety certified and the guy said yes but they are in the process of implementing something which can detect foreign objects. Now having experience in this field it is questionable that you are producing BREAD and do not have any processes in place, so in he mean time we as the consumer are at risk of congesting foreign objects. Apparently they are certified but when asked to talk to the Quality or Sales Manager the lady passed the phone to someone else and stated " I don't know what is it now but she wants but talk to a manager". They have a non-chalant attitude and did even not collect the bread for further investigation. This is so not acceptable, does not mean it is affordable they can just do as they want ignoring Food Safet issues or Customer Complaints.
