Worm in cookie mix

Hi.I have been an avid user of golden cloud ready mixes for a while.For a few months now I am totally put off from any ready mixes.I found quite a long,whitish coloured worm in the mix.I was freaked out and have not bought Golden cloud for 4months.I did complain,twice but with no response.I went on their website and mailed customer service.
