I was sold bad quality couches at Golden Bridge Furniture

I bought 2x 3 seater couches at Golden Bridge Furniture at decor park in North riding and within a week of delivery, the first couch had to be returned because it made a creaking sound. It was returned and was fine and within 6 months of use, it broke. They are refusing to replace/refund the couch even though it is under warranty. My advice is not to buy there at all. They do not value their customers and after sales service is horrible.
