Worst service at Golden Acre pharmacy, in the Cape Town CBD. Staff unhelpful and unwilling to return a purchase (non perishable) less than 24 hours after purchasing it.

I had purchased a knee guard for my sick grandmother. The size purchased was too small. I wished to return for a bigger size but was informed that this was not possible as i had to 'try on' the item before I left the store on 03.04.2018.

the store assistant had indicated she had taken the matter up with her manager but there was nothing that could be done for me. Upon calling the store manager to plead my case he indicated that he would be willing to return the item for me, unlike the story spun by the shop assistant - the damage is done, myself & family will no longer be supporting this establishment.
