pathetic service

my mom bought me anti wrinkle face cream. the night cream and day cream. however i dont need it as she took the wrong one. i went to clicks golden acre and they told me i cannot take something as i dont have the slip. i told them i dont want a refund, i just want to take something else. im sure the amount can be put on a gift card so that i can take other stuff?? please get back to me regarding this. the lady that assisted didnt even bother going out of her way as i am a customer
