Customer service is bad

I bought my son a dummy at 08:00 firstly I saw the dummy for R165 when I check my slip I saw that the dummy was R209 . I went back at 11: 09 explaining what I saw and that I lost my slip but I mentioned the items I bought I was assisted at till 5 and all I wanted was and exchange or refund. Firstly it is not my fault that they merchandise incorrectly also that the layout of the dummies display was incorrectly because I budget for R165 not R209 and also there is not reasonable explanation on the slip that you cannot do a refund without a slip because the item was in its normal condition sealed. Customer service is bad because they wanted to offer me girl dummies but I wanted a boy dummy they could not even make mean to check at another store I even waited more the 30 minutes in the store for this issue and also I cannot be forced to take a gift card when all I wanted was a dummy for my little on of R165 and I didn’t care about a refund but just exchanging me but at a point I felt I just needed my cash back because of how the situation was handled
