Goldcar Mallorca

I hired a car in Mallocra in July 2023 from Goldcar at the airport . I had paid ahead for the car itself. I was told that I will pay the Cover(deposit) upon pick up. When arriving upon pick I ask the lady that helped me if the Cover is refundable when the vehicle is returned undamaged, she confidently assured me that yes it will be refunded. When we bought back the car after the hiring period they confirmed car was undamaged so I waited for my deposit and until this day (13 October 2023) they haven't paid it. They sent me an email stating that I selected a "Super Relax Cover" which is non-refundable which is not true. This was not explained to me as they told me that I will be refunded. So please be careful when using this guys.
