Car was not delivered for inexplicable reasons

I made a booking with Goldcar Rental on the 30th of November 2014, and paid the EUR81.25 rental fee online with my card.<br> Pick up location and date: Barcelona Airport ***,<br> On the same day of the pick up i did the online check in as suggested in the confirmation email in order to speed up the collection process. I again confirmed all my details and went to pick up the car.<br> After queuing for almost 1hr i was told they would not give me a car due to a \financial risk"message that came up on the screen. Apparently once they received this message they could not do anything about it and no further explanations were given (even though i don't have any financial issues"
