Bad service Goldberg and Victor Inc

I was in a car accident in Nov 2018. I got the Attorney to deal with my 3rd party claim on my vehicle. I went there on the first day and was told I should pay money to handle my case. On16 November 2018 I paid R2000.00. I then got a call in September for a consultation where I was told to pay another R 2043.00 before they can proceed with the 3rd party claim. I paid it on 17 September 2019. After that they ignored me and the lawyer is always in court or not in the office when I call. I am very disappointed in this company. They never return my calls and the lawyer don't communicate with me at all. It's going on 3 years now. They let me sign papers twice and I still don't know what I signed. Please help me!!
