Problems with Goldair three panel heaters

Purchased a Goldair 3 panel gas heater from Builders Warehouse. When I opened the sealed box, the protection baffle was not included. This is a safety issue.

When I later visited Builders Warehouse in Alberton, I was surprized to see a number of these heaters that was returned on that day.

It is clear that this product has serious quality issues.
