Not user friendly

Bought a new rechargeable pedestal cooling fan, the manual does next to nothing to help you assemble it, had to YouTube instructions, manual has nothing on terms of operationg the fan, till today I can use the DC feature. There's no online manuals for it. Basically I bought a dual power fan and it's useless.
