Goldair warrentee useless

Poor customer service Goldair @BuildersWarehouse Centurion 2021/08/16 11:01. I brought 8 coldair fans and 2 stopped working, well within the warrantee period. Upon returning it to the shop for repair or replacement I was informed by Lesley that due to the plugs been removed (useless plastic welded 2pin ) they cant help me. I feel this is poor at best my other suppliers haven't had any issues. Ps due to the mounting of the product the plug had to be removed as it was wall mounted.
