Goldair Distributors Bad Service

I had purchased a GOLDAIR BAR FRIDGE GBF-130S from Builders in Richardsbay on 05/01/2019. The fridge is used at my work premises for medical reasons. When I returned the faulty fridge on Monday 24/06/2019 to Builders, as it was defrosted on the morning returning to work, I was requested by Builders to contact the agents in Durban and to speak to a lady by the name of Shireen. This lady ( Shireen ) was very rude, over the telephone and not helpful at all. This call was made in the presence of Builders employees, who could hear most of the conversation. I then contacted the Head office in Johannesburg and to complain of Shireen's attitude and then spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brian. This gentleman promised that he would get a technician to my site immediately to assist, and would confirm and call me back. This call was made at 09h38, obviously, the feedback never took place and I made an additional two calls to their HO at 14h26 and 14h30 on 24/06/19, just to be informed that Brian was in a meeting. As mentioned, the fridge is for medical reasons,but it does not seem to bother the distributors of the GOLD AIR fridge. The service is poor and the feedback non existant.
