Goldair Aircon air conditioner outdoor unit compressor - weak support stand or bracket

To whom this may concern: I purchased 2 aircon units from Builders Warehouse and eventually got the units installed. On one of the units the following issue is experienced. The support stand for the air conditioner outdoor unit compressor is bending/bent due to the weight of the compressor - this can be seen in the photo attached. This appears to be that the metal or design is weak on the support stand bracket or unit. Please advise the way forward.
