Bought a Goldair kettle 3 months ago at the PnP in Pinetown and the handle came off, I couldn't find the slip and they didn't even want to exchange it for me, the supplier of Goldair customers service didn't want to help, even said it's because of my carelessness, don't buy appliances from PnP and don't even think of buying that bull ****pie brand called Goldair.
