Gold air wall heaters

I am extremely disappointed and saddened by my experience with goldair wall heaters. I purchased two wall heaters from take a lot, the one chipped and so I returned it, they sent me a new one which we were thrilled with but then proceeded to get a crack right across the whole panel after the second time we switched it on. When we returned this for a second time, take a lot would not accept the return as it was a week later and they said they would only accept it if it had been within a week. They sent it back completely cracked in half in a box, what they wanted us to do with a heater that was in two pieces is beyond me? The reason we had only returned it after a week was because we had not been using the heater every day as my son is still a new born baby and is not sleeping in his own room yet. When he does sleep in his own room now there is no heater and I am completely at a loss as to what to do as I don’t see how it is fair that we have to spend another R700 on a heater we did not break and used twice? I would definitely NOT recommend this wall heater and am still trying to work out what we are going to do regarding the empty place and plugs still in our wall as buying a different make of heater would mean plugging and re drilling all the holes again.
