DON'T BUY FROM GOLDAIR!

Please people, DO NOT BUY products from Goldair, especially through different outlets. I purchased a Goldair washing machine from Builders Warehouse (who don't tell you that the warranty is covered by the brand of machine you buy and not Builders themselves, just by the way)... so I contact builders as my machine is under warranty and giving "DE ERROR", which does not allow the door to open, builders tells me they sell the machines but they need to log a ticket for Goldair to call me (which in itself is extremely frustrating), any way... after a week and a half of back and forth calls with Builders, I am finally given a contact person at Goldair, Irene (who was pleasant in the beginning) made contact with a technician and after another week without a machine and 4 missed appointments the technician (who had missed previous appointments due to issues with his vehicle, which I understood as we are all human and we all going through something, and by the way the technician Albert is such a pleasantly wonderful gentleman). Albert finally managed to come through to assist and we find that the clip which locks when washing starts was damaged. Albert had to order the part.. after waiting another day and half I called Irene to find out the progress of the ordered part required to fix the machine, she claims that she received no communication about the part that needed ordering and then had the audacity to ask me how the machine part was damaged, her tone was implying we damaged it on purpose which I found extremely disrespectful. When I said I was going to HP to complain she got quite upset and proceeded to raise her voice at me. The level of service is unacceptable and the way I am being is not fair as a customer... avoid @Goldair people, they will treat you like you don't matter.... going on 3 weeks without a washing machine and they just don't care!!!!!
