Refund of Deposit

I have a property on rent. I use to use the above company for my rental collection and management. I have found them to be unprofessional and irresponsible. I have now terminated my agreement with them wrt their services.<br> <br> I have sent a request to have the deposit of the rent to be transferred to my account. They required a letter from the tenant which I have given them already. The initial mail was sent to them on the 14 April 2015. They said it will take about six 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund. I said it is ridiculous for such long time to get a refund. Bank LOANS take approx 48 hours to get approved!<br> <br> I had called last week Friday 26 June, the lady who handles this matter said she will need a few hours to look into this matter and will need a letter from the tenants.I told I had alreay mailed her the letter and she had approximately 10 weeks to sort why did u not sort this out then ! <br> <br> I mailed again on 29 June and she said the money will be paid on 30 jun or 1 jul.Now its 3 July 2015 and I have not received refund as yet! They now say the money is in the Payment tray!
