Gold valley poor service

Gold valley are a bunch of sharks I did an eft payment and selected immediate payment by logging into my app and selecting pay again, they didn't want to accept this payment because they state they don't accept eft yet it is on their website, they eventually loaded it after me begging them but I still lost me fees for making the immediate payment and the query I logged never even got a response
