high levies no maintenece broken comlex

the trustees have been promising to fix the damp in the units since last year and nothing has been done, the carports are old,rusted and dirty its scratching our cars and nothing is being done to fix this, its really frustrating because qwe pay so much levies and i dont see why!!! no wonder the complex reputation is going down because they take no pride in the whats so ever,its been painted half <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Angor Property Specialists - Contractors to Gold Reef Sands Complex by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
