Worse experience

Rude security guard I wanted to celebrate my daughters birthday at goldreef theme park but the day had been spoilt for all of us by the rude and obnoxious security guard.i bought 7 tickets online for this event. I left the place for lunch time and said to him my arm band is in my bag as it was hurting me so i took it off. He said fine, so i said you must let us in when we come back after lunch and he laughed and said yes. After lunch he let all my families in besides for me and said he will not allow me to enter.. i showed him my slip and arm band but still he is refusing. Next minute he starts swearing at me in Sotho language.. he says i should stop being clever and watch out!! I had to again wait 30 mimutes at the cashiers to get a reprint because they saying something about the times not corresponding.. how the hell is that my fault? Im a customer after all and i deserve some sort of respect.. the cashiers are unfriendly and rude just the same as the security guard checking the tags.. they must wake up and go for customer service skills.
