What a terrible experience!

Came for my sons 7th birthday. We came early to beat the ques, entertainment at entrance was awesome. Everything was great, the staff at the log ride very accommodating because youngest dis not want to go..... But then hubby and I left the kids with big brother and quickly went to go on the tower of terror........our luck, there was technical difficulties and we were stuck on top of the terror tower for at least 10 mins. It was quite bad, the front row could see the mechanics underneath, we descended down and up about 3 times.... Needless to say all 8 of us on the ride was scared sh.... less, we had no idea of what was going on, we were actually making jokes about screaming etc. Then all of a sudden the ride continued and we finished. When we disembarked the ride the staff just stood there ans with a quick 'are you ok' ..... That was it. My hubby was livid. They 'offered' us a free coldrink or water... When I saw the 'ambulance' I only realized how serious this situation actualy was. I feel we should have been taken off that ride. The ride continued as if nothing went wrong. After that, having a chuckle about it we went on enjoying the rest of the theme park. But..... The service from this point on went downhill. The resraurants in the park's service is terrible to say the least. We did not eat luch as no one had an open space and or ran out of 'stock'! Not a very good day at all. And we spent a lot of money.....
