Voucher Tickets for Gold Reef City

My name is Candice. Today I had a bad experience at Gold Reef City Theme Park. My nephew won 2 tickets and I received a letter for the tickets. The letter stated, "Provide original copy of ID/Drivers License" I the Aunt accompanied him as his parents were not available. The tickets expire on Sunday the 8th of December 2024, yence we went today, Saturday the 7th of December. The letter did not state that I must provide Birth Certificate since my nephew doesn't have an ID.

We were asked too many irrelevant questions and I was also told that im a ****, and that they have no assurity that I am his Aunt. The cashier and manager were so rude and abrupt, no customer service knowledge at all. They didn't even allow me the option to buy the tickets with my cash. They had their motives which i cannot explain. They were very disrespectful, im really frustrated and disappointed.
