Tsogo Sun Gold Reef City Theme Park Good day I’m really disappointed by Tsogo Sun as they promised to refund me of my duplicate ticket for the Theme Park and they never bothered. I even called to confirm if the received my email query and the confirmed receipt of it. The duplicate ticket number was ***, which I needed refund for. The amount was R1180,00 for four people. The ticket number I used at the Theme Park was ***.I provided them with bank card details the duplicate ticket was bought from.
