Tower of terror ride stuck

We had a horrible experience at thr gold reef theme park on 7 July 2022. My daughter and i were stuck in The tower of terror ride at take off. The ride commenced and moved a little forward then stopped. Thereafter the operators were scrambling and calling control room etc. We were stuck in the ride for almost 10 minutes fully clamped in amd could not move and inch. I was screaming to get out then the operator said they have to wait for the technicians to get us out Manually as the ride is completely stuck. It was a nightmare and i was shaking all over, my 12 year old daughter had to calm me down. What freaked me out most was the look on peoples faces as they started to walk away from the ride queues. The operators were givimg them the run down of what is happening but not telling us on the ride whats going on. I was shaking from fear of the worst happening and i could not compose myself. I was then given medical assistance and taken to the Clinic where my blood pressure was checked. After this we left deeply shaken and traumatized. Many other rides were not operational although only the UFO was mentioned at the pay office. Please maintain and look after this theme park as this is one of our favorite places to be.
