Theme park disappointment!

We decided to celebrate my daughter's 18th Birthday at Gold reef city theme park. The staff at the gate was very helpful and polite.

The theme park and bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Most of the staff on the other hand are rude, not interested in being there and makes the whole experience very unpleasant! My two daughters decided to sit on the floor outside the bathroom while waiting in the Q, one of the workers walked up to them and just pointed a finger at them to move, would not open his mouth to ask them to please move as they were sitting in front of a gate going into the garden. At sweet revenge Ice cream company we waited over 20 min for assistance cause the lady went to the toilet and there was no one else to assist. When she returned my husband order a chocolate soft serve with a sugar cone and flake. The lady instead started dishing up chocolate gelato ice cream and when we mentioned that it was not what we ordered she just rep**** with, there is no chocolate soft serve! Made him a plain white soft serve without a flake. He asked for the flake and she mumbled that there isn't. She merely walked away as if nothing has happened and someone else came to complete the order and assist with payment.

Lunch at Mochachos was amazing! The service and food was great!

The staff at the log ride was very friendly and made sure everyone stuck to the rules and was treated fair.

I don't think the entrance fee is too expensive but I do believe that every person that purchases a ticket is helping to keep those door open and help with job creation. The least Management can do is train their staff to be more approachable and definitely a lot friendlier.

Good friendly service is always a winner!!!!
