Robbing people- especially the needy

this online booking for tickets is really making money for gold reef and people are loosing. I booked for 9 people on the 26 Dec for the 27 Dec, we got there it was not raining hard, the staff was very rude, only 4 of my kids went on one ride then all rides were switched off due to rain and we have to wait under a shelter fir the rain to stop and leave as there was not point in us being there. The worst part is that since the staff was not working, they were walking around or bloming at corners the other group we were standing next to said they wished the rain doesn't stop so they don't work until their knock off time, to think the money i paid forms part of their salary and hey happy not to be servicing us , and they will tell you there is no refund, rather reschedule, what if it rains again on the date you rescheduled to and who wo pay for transport to come back, can they refund me and i will plan hen to come at my own time rather that now im forced to reschedule and go yet most days it will be raining and my kids will son be gong to back to school. I have emailed the CEO this morning and he has not responded, this is ******* especially to people that done have money and saved to have fund there inly to stand under the shelter with no rides working then you are told to come back, with which money.
