R265 for 1 ride

Honestly disappointed with Gold Reef City Theme Park and the customer care,

paid R1325 for a family of 5 to only ride 1 ride the whole day, major rides closed you spend the entire day in queues even for food. then we are told no place holding( now if you go and eat) you come back to being told the line has been cut as the ride will be closing soon. when i submitted a customer complaint on their platform till today still no response. really disappointed with my last visit to Gold Reef
