Queue jumping nightmare

Visited the theme park today with my 3 children. Despite having large signage at entrance, absolutely no staff were present while groups of people kept on jumping the queue. Why have these rules that some follow while others blatantly don’t. This would not occur if the park planned better and had staff to manage the queues. There is no staff presence except at entrance of park and at the actual ride itself. Why do we pay such excessive fees for no service. So when you next decide to go to gold reef city theme park expect to just wait a whole lot longer than you should because of poor management.
