Not catering for the needs of the people

Firstly the cost to get into the park is very over priced r210 for the day for the use of most of the rides nevermind having to spend 30min to get to pay that entrance fee.knowing it is the festive season we made sure we were there much earlier but that didnt help much.after paying i knew it was gonna be long day.with the amount of people they allowed for in the park that day was not carefully planned.to cut a long story short a average person will only get onto +-3 rides thats due to all the long ques u have to endure to go a ride that lasts a merely 1 to 2 min the last ride i had to wait was 1.30 hours that already cuts ur fun experience into waiting and waiting.iam not the only person experiencing the same issue as by spending so much time in the ques alot of fellow patrons agreed that gold reef city theme should have a cut off number of tickets sold for the park as to allow the for all patrons to have a fun thrilling than a long drawn out affair in ques and ques.i think its ridiculous they dont have expected time indicators to tell people how long they could wait for the ride.i felt gold reef city just wants numbers in for profit but not seriously taking the needs of the customer's to heart.it s all a numbers game.selfish thinking.just a hint maybey gold reef city should invest in another 10 ridesso it least can counter the numbers game people allowed into park.pls respond gold reef city
