No proper hosting

We went to visit Golf Reef city theme park on the 23/12/2017, when we arrived the were different kinds of queues before we got to the main gate. We the asked where we can purchase ticket we were directed to the cumpu-ticket queue, when we reached the front of the queue to purchase tickets we were told we in the wrong queue and that we not even in a proper queue so we will not be helped, the cashier then just turned her back on us and proceeded to speak to her colleague so all the people that were directed to that queue had to go and ask again were to get tickets. When we eventually bought tickets the was some rude guy who was helping us scan those tags on the scanners so we can go through to the theme park, he was basically man handling our hands. Gold Reef City is a wonderful theme park however the staff member from the clown that was wearing those long legs to the ticket personnel s everyone was just so rude like we coming to the theme park to inconvenience their lives. If we can just have better hosting or signs to know were to purchase tickets and how to scan our tags to go through it will be awesome, then we don't have to bother your staff members. However I must complement the staff who assist with the rides they are on point and very friendly.
