I WANT MY REFUND

Went to The Theme Park on the 18th of January and I couldn’t even enter because they had a power outage and couldn’t print my tickets. I was told by a manager that I could email them and request a refund but I’m being denied. Instead of refunding me, they wanted me to come back after waiting for like 2 hours. I DO NOT ever want to come back but I’m told I must reschedule for another day when I’ve told them I don’t stay in Gauteng.
