Huge Disappointment

I went to gold reef city today for this Epic Sunday for 4 special, it took almost an hour to get into the theme park, the lines were way too long and their ride operation stuff promote skipping the line and when we complain we get told to relax we will get our turn after standing in line for over 30/45 minutes. As for the food we went to Barney’s restaurant it took over 15 minutes for us to get attended and we had to sit by a dirty table which we requested that it gets tidied up so we can sit and order, they too their precious time whilst we were complaining, resulting in out ticket passes getting misplaced and ua having to use our own money at a different food spot cause he left Barney’s due to us not being attended to after sitting for almost 20min waiting for someone to come take our order, I am very disappointed and this experience was not even worth it, Gold Reef City should prepare their staff when they have such offers going on cause everything about today was messy and displeasing as especially when even had to exchange words with their operators which at some point almost ended into a physical altercation between customers that operators let skip lines or have people save spots for them
