horror at Gold Reef City Theme Park

what a terrible experience went there on the 4th of April 2021 during the Easter long weekend my self and eight other family members five adults and four children above the age of 3 paid full price mind you. not even 45minutes in the theme park my mom gets injured almost loosing a finger just about to board the runaway train accompanying the four young children as one of the operators decides to start the machine without making 100% sure that people standing by to get on the ride were safe. after that ordeal she was told to take her own car let my brother driver her to the hospital which she refused then told that the injury is not that bad infect she could go to the hospital the next day horrified. after insisting on an abulance to be called she was told she will have to pay for it and that the rest of us can go on and enjoy our day just image the traumer for the kids to see their grandmother with her finger having a big piece of flesh torn and on the ground who would want to go on the rids after that. she had to fight for all of us to get reimbursed but we were told the best they can do is to let us come back to the pack on another day before the 4th of June my mother was hospitalized for five days went in for surgery and not even as much as a phone call to check up on her or an apology as all this took place in their premises .
