Horrible experience and bad management

A horrible experience at Gold Reef City Theme on the weekend of 9 August. We arriv d there and it was packed, it took almost an hour 30 minutes for kids to take rides which they end up not going due to the long ques. I came back with grumpy kids worse that I had visitors from Vryburg especially for the theme park enjoyment. I sent them an email to cam ke them aware but no response till to date. Their systems demonstrate greed as they do not have limit for the numbers of people who enters the theme park. There must put some sort of control as this is unprofessional and risky as it also attracts stampede, I literally demand my kids to be given an opportunity to go and enjoy the rides that we paid for and they never got a chance. We have spent almost R2000 together with tickets and food but not enjoyed the rides at all. Bad management I must say, it actually was evident from the long ques to enter the theme park!
