Hazardous condition in parking area

My sister and her fiancé went to the theme park on 2 July 2023. All was well until they walked to the car and she tripped over an object. Upon a further look it was a pipe sticking out of the ground in the parking lot. She proceeded to go home and on the way she couldn't move her arm and had to go to emergency at the hospital. After xrays it was discovered that her arm was broken at the elbow and she needed surgery. She was off work for almost two weeks and still cannot turn, use or extend her arm fully due to this and now ahe is left with a plate and *****s in her elbow.

I feel that this was negligence as yes it states you enter at own risk but a pipe sticking out of tge ground is negligence.

I have pictures of her injury as well. Reason for writing the review is that she filled the online contact form on 20 July informing them about the incident as that is when she had some use of her hand only but received no response.
