Gold reef city theme park

I book a ticket at goldreef city theme park. I had challenges I couldn't go on the day I booked for. I tried to call their customer care service center but no one picked up the call. I went to the theme park the following day. No one was willing to help me. I told them that I called the previous day but the was no response. I sent them an email, it bounced back to my inbox. I only need some one to help me with changing the date
