Gold Reef City ****med me!!!

I had a bad experience with buying tickets online.Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to go on the date I had initially booked for. I then did some research to find out what will happen and I got information that I should send an email and reschedule.Nobody rep**** and when I called two agents hung up on me.When I finally got an agent who assisted me she told me I had forfeited the tickets.So I have lost my money just like that!!!😡
