Gold Reef City crowd control is nonexistent – rowdy and disrespectful behavior

I am highly disappointed with Gold Reef City, especially during the school holidays. The park is completely overrun with school children who are highly disrespectful, extremely noisy, and have zero consideration for other paying visitors.There is absolutely no crowd management or active security keeping order in the lines. People pay hard-earned money for a fun day out, but instead, you are forced to endure hours of chaotic, disruptive behavior. Management needs to stop over-allocating group tickets and deploy visible security to monitor behavior in the queues so that the park remains a pleasant environment for everyone.
