Don't waste your money and time!

I am sorry NOW that I did not read some of these reviews before planning my 2 children's birthdays at this place. Like everyone else said:

WHY the need for online / pre-ticket purchases if you are going to make us all stand, in the blazing sun, for 1 hour 15 minutes, to collect an arm-band. Why not include, on my online ticket, a QR code that I can scan at your scanners?

WHY are some of the biggest and most popular rides, STILL not working?

WHY are only 5 of the 10 kiosks that issue the armbands operational? (Per your supervisor with whom I spoke, that station's COMPUTER / KEYBOARD was not working.). FIX the darn COMPUTER!! FIX THE RIDES!!!

We spent from 9 to 5pm and managed to do only 5 RIDES.

Quick and rough calculations: Let's say there are 5,000 on a busy weekend day (probably a HUGE under-estimation) at R265.00 per person, that is just over R1,300,000 PER DAY.....Yet, you cannot fix your computers, nor fix your rides....

The mind really boggles......
