Disappointed all the way fro Cape town

We from Cape town in Jhb for the holiday.Today we went to gold reef city. For the first time all excited as it one of the places we dreamt of visiting.We took the gautrain then an uber as we so much wanted to see the place and experience the fun and excitement as we heared and saw from doing research online.Only to our disappointment as we got inside not even long they had load shedding while we standing in the line for more than 45 minutes to go on the anaconda.Being from Cape town we waited as we assumed for such an establishment they would have an alternative.Only to be told after 20 minutes that it load shedding theres nothing they xan do.Oh my word i paid R188 for gautrain tickets an uber and R430 to come in only to experience this. Then to top it off when going to ask whats happening can i get a refund im told to give my ticket and get a date written on the band to visit again aftet explaining im from Cape town and how we traveled there it was changed to the 30th.Same thing i still have to pay all that travelling fee again money which i dont have.This was suppose to be our last stop and experience of a life time for myself and daughter to have fun memories as im a single parent.Today cost me was R787 in total for travelling and entry fee thats excluding lunch as thats the only thing my daughter enjoyed after our great disappointment.My queation is this how we get robed as from the staff said they had load shedding the morning yet when we got there,there was ni warning nor did they mention it when i purchased the ticket.Yes i got another date to go but i must spend all that money to get to the place again and lunch money as today was saved for.Why ciykd theynot just pay at least the money back i paid for the tickets.It fwlt like i was being ****** in daylight as we where sent from one person to another and yet they won as how do i get to gold reet again even though we got another day to go to the park.I honestly felt like it was a *******.
