Black Friday special.... 50% off service

I wrote an email the day after black Friday to complain about the bad service received on this discounted day. It seemed as if the price was not the only thing that dropped that day. And still no one rep****. The theme park opened late and as we entered we went straight to the Anaconda ride. Where we waited again in line for another 45 minutes before they even started the ride. 10:15. Taking us over an hour on a quiet day to go on our first ride by the time it was our turn. The overall theme park service were set on that pace the whole day. As if everything were done slower as it was quieter. Very disappointing.
