Pathetic

I purchased a carton of RG menthol edge that tastes like chemicals, I phoned in this morning around 8.30 I was advised a email will be sent to me to discuss what would happen next, I am still waiting, I then sent an email via there website, did not get a response, I had also sent a email to their info email still no response. I do not have money to throw down the toilet believe you me if I did I'd be smoking courtleigh.
