Zulfah my 5star

Zulfah assisted me the past 2 weeks with my debt review request to be cancelled and removed, however even though the request could not be granted as I would have wanted, she really wentbthe extra mile in making sure I get some what peace of mind and mentioned the nextvsteps to be taken by both myself and on their end. I truly am grateful for her assistance and I would only want her to further assist me in the process as it is not completed yet and understandably so. I wish to in future upon submission of all paid up letters, request that I may be or get the permission from management to send a tocken of appriciation in the form of a gift to thank her as we are miles apart.
