zero star! Horrible company!

I wish i could give this stupid company a Zero star! Absolutely terrible experience. I was misled into joining debt review under false promises of refinancing and better rates. Instead, I was hit with unexpected monthly fees that were never disclosed. That alone is unacceptable. Trying to contact them is a nightmare—no answers on calls, no responses on WhatsApp, and empty promises of callbacks that never happen. Even worse, they mishandled my payments, sending money to accounts that were already closed. This level of incompetence is shocking. My credit record has been negatively affected because of this mess. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be reporting to the NCR and getting my lawyer involved!
